Pridestar EMS, of Massachusetts, is a full-service medical transport company, providing Chair Car services, BLS Ambulance, ALS Ambulance, Specialty Care Transport, and Air Medical Transport. Their operation is locally owned and operated, and through a recent acquisition, doubled in size.
