Crew Scheduler
Traumasoft's Crew Scheduler is a dynamic online scheduling application designed to improve communication and reduce operating costs. Our goal is to make your scheduling process easier and more interactive. With Crew Scheduler, administrators and employees can access the system 24/7 from virtually anywhere.
Crew Scheduler automates the entire scheduling process from start to finish. Create a variety of schedules based on common rotations including 24, 12, and 8 hour shift combinations. Schedules can be generated based on employee preferences or pre-defined management conditions such as seniority, pay rate, and station location. The crew preferences are a big hit with employees, as it virtually eliminates the bias typically associated with human generated schedules. No more fielding complaints from employees who feel others may be given preferential treatment because of their relationship with scheduling managers.
Another important feature of Crew Scheduler is that open shifts, vacation, sick time, and call-off's can be handled automatically with our enhanced communication system. Employees can now request a sick day or vacation day from any internet connection. The system will confirm that the employee has the necessary time available, then post and send notification to available (and appropriate) employees who can fill the shift. Once an employee accepts the shift, a similar communication is sent to employees and management confirming that the shift has been covered. All of this can be done with or without management involvement, saving valuable time and energy.
Traumasoft's Crew Scheduler monitors, calculates, and displays employee information relevant to the employee as well as to your management team. Employees and management will have real-time vacation, sick time, hours worked and much, much more available 24/7.
